European Projects

European cooperation gives good ideas room to travel. FRLS brings the voice of learners, the realities of delivery and the discipline of testing resources in settings where they must work.

What FRLS brings to a partnership

  • trusted engagement with learners and communities
  • inclusive adult and vocational education delivery
  • co design and testing with people who will use the results
  • employment progression and work placement experience
  • clear, accessible communication for diverse audiences
  • local, national and cross border stakeholder networks
  • practical feedback on whether an idea works in day to day delivery

The Role we Play

FRLS is particularly valuable in connecting projects with learners, tutors, supervisors or workplaces. We help partnerships recruit participants ethically, understand needs, shape accessible resources, run pilots, gather useful feedback and translate findings into practice.

Areas of cooperation

Our European work spans inclusive education and training, employment, digital participation, migration, youth and community development, food and gastronomy, creativity, culture and tourism. Across these themes, the common purpose is practical inclusion and meaningful participation.
